With 26 years of experience working for one of the UK's leading Banks, Trish has a strong background in finance, which means that she knows how to ‘crunch the numbers’ when it comes to making a buying or selling decision.

Having held a BC Real Estate Licence since 2005, Trish has worked with a full range of buyers and sellers, over the years, and one of her specialities is helping Parents and Investors purchasing properties in around the University Area of Kelowna.

Working with Buyers and Sellers from around the world, she knows the importance of being ‘tech-savvy’, anything from arranging video conferences to preview homes to the electronic signing of Contracts.

Trish knows that she needs to be the ‘eyes and ears’ for her clients who don’t live locally and keeps them up to date with a monthly Newsletter, which she sends out at the beginning of each month.

One of Trish’s passions, in the BC Real Estate industry, is making sure Agents are constantly striving to reach the highest standards of Professionalism and Integrity, and to this end, she sits on the Professional Standards Committee, here in the Central Okanagan.

Trish has visited many places around the world, and after visiting Kelowna in 2003 chose to make it her home. People are always asking her - why Kelowna? Her reply "Lakes, wineries, skiing and golf courses, together with four seasons - it was an easy choice!"

Having emigrated here in 2005, she has gained a tremendous amount of experience in successfully buying and selling homes and is using this experience to help her clients move in, or move on, in the Okanagan Valley.

Trish partnered up with Tanis Read in 2009, and year on year they have been steadily building their client base and expanding the Trish and Tanis Real Estate Group.

Their strong work ethic, high standards of Customer Service and Professionalism, helped to earn them a Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle Sales Award, Ultimate Service® Award, and they were named in the Top 5 Coldwell Banker Small Teams for the number of units sold in 2016.



Tanis has previously worked in various facets of the industry from home building to land development, interior design to landscaping. Couple that with 25 years of helping to run a successful family logging business –  she has a fundamental understanding of all aspects of Real Estate & Business.
